Sheila was donned “The Queen Maker” of pageantry for a good reason. She has produced more Mrs Pageant winners than any other coach or mentor of the business to date! Look at any pageant system in the United States that promotes married contestants and you will see her winners across the board. She does this quietly, methodically, and consistently. The Mrs. United States Pageant is proud to have her as one of our new directors.

Formula Users Sheila Strassburg is an award winning film stylist and has graced the industry with her talents for more than 20 years. Winning both the IMTA’s (International Model & Talent Association) and the MMA’s (Makeup Artists of America) Awards in 1986 catapulted.

Sheila into the beauty Industry in New York and Chicago. But, her talent and determination kept her there. Sheila holds degrees in Business and Fashion as well as being licenced in Cosmetology. She is also a certified as a Grief Counselor.

Strassburgs’ client list includes such famous names as Hillary Rodham Clinton, Donald Trump Casinos, Daisy Fuentese, Dolly Pardon, Regis Philbin, Julio Iglesias, Cindy Crawford, Eastman Kodak, Xerox, Clairol, Champion Sports Wear, Christian Dior Cosmetics, Merle Norman Cosmetics and many national pageant organizations.

Sheila recently retired from the film business and now works as a personal mentor and consultant. Current jobs include, being a consulting artist with many design teams involving PR, Personal/Corporate Image and Personal/ Corporate Training.

Strassburg is well rounded in the Pageant industry as a director, judge, travel companion, image consultant, and mentor. As a former titleholder she tours the country as a popular Emcee for pageantry, on stage productions and trade shows. Sheila owns a copyright program called “The Formula” and holds workshops and seminars about being your personal best at any age.

Sheila is also well known as a volunteer and fund-raiser for a number of National, State, and local non profits and charities organizations. Her volunteer work has won her the distinction of the Niagara County Home Town hero 1997, and in 1999 she was a New York State Senate “Woman of Distinction”. Make-A-Wish Foundation of WNY honored many awards during the years of 1992 through 1999.
